At TTRacing, we stand by the quality of our ergonomic chairs and home office solutions. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return and exchange policy to ensure you find your perfect comfort fit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated support team via the official TTRacing portal within 14 days of receiving your chair to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Disassemble the product and pack it securely in its original packaging with all components, including the gas lift, wheelbase, and screws, to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Shipping and Inspection

  Ship the item back to our warehouse using a tracked courier service; once received, our technicians will inspect the product for any signs of use or damage.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After a successful inspection, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days, excluding any applicable restocking fees.
